Abstract :
This paper introduces Cloud Platform Hadoop, analysis the business processes of Tender and Bidding System, then design appropriate function module. Combing utilization of system resources scalability, flexibility and reliability, advance a bidding model framework based on Hadoop, the experimental results show the efficiency of the system.
