Abstract :
The road accident injuries are always too high. Thus, many governments including French´s want to react. The ITS (intelligent transport systems) is an expression to regroup systems which analyze road situations to help drivers. We made a large state of the art on sensors technologies that can locate and track vehicles. Some of them are well-known and used in several foreign projects. The others come from laboratory research
