Abstract
The parking industry is a new "sunrise industry" coming with the upraising of civil mobilization level. In this paper, starting from two aspects, market operation for WPS and technical application of ATIS in PIS field, we introduce the current technical status of PIS and standardization tasks in China, discuss the concepts and contents of NGPIS, and suggest the structure and technical schema for WPS-based PISS (wireless payment system-based parking information service system). Finally, we analyze and summarize the application prospect and market development
