Abstract :
According to the principle of electric current, this paper brings forward the conception of microcosmic control and analyzes the model of object elements which abstract from motor vehicles. Based on it, the information state vector of object element is defined. A series of parameters and formulas are given in order to describe the information state of the object element and deduce the differential equations of control. Finally, the pane figure of the system is drawn and a model of intelligent transport system in crossroads is established to replace the signal lamps control system
