  • Abstract
    How to evaluate machine constrain actually impact to production line? Traditionally, we could control over all machine constrain number, but this seems not enough to evaluate the seriousness of machine constrain.Here we try to find a simple way to solve this problem. We create Pass ratio to describe the seriousness of specific machine tool type. And then through verification we clearly identify handicap tool-ID in specific tool group. That means it should be eliminated machine constrain and produce related action plans to balance loading among different tool-IDs.
