The research and design of the flexible production line control system

With the rapid development of modern industry, the scale of the production process control continues to expand, it proposed the higher and higher requirements for the process control and production management system. This paper gives a detailed design description of the production line control system, which is designed by S7-200 PLC (Programmable Logical Controller). And then, it introduced the control system design of the production line in detail. The successful development of the flexible production line will significantly reduce the various uncertain factors during the produce process, which will help to achieves automated production and improve the efficiency of the flexible production line.
