Abstract :
In this paper, an efficient digital IF down-converter is presented for dual-mode WCDMA/EDGE receiver based on software radio. Quadrature sampling based on polyphase filter, high rate CIC decimation filter, interpolation filters techniques are adopted in this converter which make it compatible with both WCDMA and EDGE. The simulations show the performance of the down-converter is effective and suitable.
