Abstract :
Laser methods of measuring of super small deformations are used for the continuous monitoring of flood and ebb deviations of rocks with the goal of revealing of earthquake precursors [1]. The hardware for the realization of this monitoring is based on the using of complex digital controlling devices and modern software. The unit for the phase shifts measurements is one of the most important components of this device. The system also contains units for the time correction, frequency and phase feedback controlling loops, GPS-modules and so on. The paper describes the modern technical decisions in this hardware and software construction.
