Abstract :
Two new concepts are addressed, circuitry constraint condition and efficient function, in this paper. With these new concepts, a lot of important information can be used in describing of circuitry and system. The new describing method used for circuitry and electronics system can satisfy the requirement of circuit and system design, test, synthesis, simulation and verification.
