Abstract
In this paper, a narrow band band pass filter based on LTCC process is designed to satisfy 60 GHz high data rate wireless communication. In this design, circle patch is used to create a 60 GHz resonant frequency instead of ring. Simulation shows that our design is narrow band-pass in the 60 GHz bandwidth and wide band-stop in the low and high frequency
