Abstract :
The velocity measuring system includes two classes, radar and lidar. However, these systems usually detect single vehicle. Many cities road, a lot of cameras have been set. They often use to watch vehicles´ peccancy, but they can´t measure vehicles velocity. In this paper, we introduce a new velocity measuring system with camera. It can measure vehicles velocity by itself. If we upgrade cameras set on road according to this paper method, we can improve city traffic condition on less expense
