Abstract
This paper proposes the novel network design concept ´Dynamic optical network system´ which is different from current networks design ´Static optical network system´. Proposal can adapt various applications, services with quite different characteristics such as bandwidth, latency, so can reduce the network power consumption drastically against the current networks and realize the high efficient use of network resource.
