Abstract :
Basing on the probability and statistical method and using MS-Excel data analysis program, the further tendency of the electricity consumption of Ulaanbaatar was determined depending on the operational expansion, population, culture and education level. Also the human development index was taken into account as one of the above mentioned influential factors.
