Abstract :
The aim of the present work is finding nitrogen saturation peculiarities of technically pure titanium BT1-0 in glow discharge at low pressures, studying the process forming nitration layer depending on sample temperature and discharge parameters, investigating the layer structure and its phase composition. Profiles of microhardness of nitrating titanium BT1-0 at different temperature are determined.
