Abstract
In the work composition material has been investigated based on steel Cr20NMn20 deposited for several passes until obtaining the layer 6 mm for steel base 3, of dimensions 120x20 mm and thickness 3 mm at the installation ERI-5. Selection of coating composition is conditioned by prospect of its application as the material possessing high wear-resistant properties under the conditions of abrasive wear and contact friction with high specific loads. Coating structure has been investigated through metallographic microscope of the instrument NANOHARDNESS TESTER. Estimation of thermal processes in the zone of electronic beam in mutual relations with experimental investigation of the structure and phase composition of coating is thus investigated.
