Abstract
In this study, we made clear that we could depict spinal cord directly by using a diffusion weighted image. Conventional MR myelography is a water emphasis image depicting CSF (cerebrospinal fluid) to a high signal. It may be said that we catch spinal cord indirectly anatomically because the spinal cord is covered in CSF. We depicted CSF to a low signal, and a useful thing was shown in the diffusion weighted image which depicted spinal cord and tract to a high signal as means to elucidate a run state of the spinal cord anatomically.
