  • Abstract
    A printed wide-slot antenna array is proposed for ultra wideband (UWB) applications, particularly, aimed at a see-through-wall scenario. The proposed 2×2 UWB array consists of a corporate microstrip feed structure with rectangular patch stubs backed by a rectangular slotted ground plane. The proposed antenna array offers ultra-wideband performance (VSWR<;2) over the band of 2.73-10.93 GHz, where reasonable radiation and gain characteristics are achieved. In the paper, numerical results for the proposed design are presented.
