Abstract :
Public buildings have great potential of CO2 emission reductions in China. However, due to lack applicable methodology, there is no registered CDM project, whose host country is China, for public buildings until now. Based on the existing methodologies and the characteristics of public buildings´ energy consumption in China, the paper puts forward a computational method about emission reductions of retrofit measures, and proves the feasibility of this method by analyzing computational process of a specific case.
