The study on constituting and optimizing the car industry integrated supply chain is effectively to analyze actuality and developmental trend of the car industry supply chain by using many managerial scientific theories and the newest fruits of modern managerial thinking under the guidance of supply managerial theory. The target of the study is to provide a managerial approach can be used for reference to realize china car industrial advancement rapidly and continuous improvement by constituting new-style car industry supply chain model.
