In this paper, based on discrete multicriteria decision-making method, an interactive decision analysis paradigm which integrates experts, optimization models, simulation models and computer is presented. It has been applied to make decision analysis on industry structure optimization and distribution optimization for residents and industry within environmental capacity in Guilin case study of sustainable urban development. And a prototype system on the platform of Internet/WWW has been implemented with Java
