  • Abstract
In Christopher Alexander\´s pattern of this name, he says, "No social group - whether a family, a work group, or a school group - can survive without constant informal contact among its members. " For a software development team, the practice of sitting together goes a long way in providing this informal contact and, ultimately, making it a team instead of a collection of individuals assigned to a project. It is easily the best first step toward agility.
