This paper studies the current personalized information recommendation services, content-based filtering and collaborative filtering as the two basic methods for information filtering is widely used. Since there are two kinds of filtering are limited, design and implementation of these limitations, a new information filtering system. The information filtering system used is based on the combination of content and collaborative filtering methods. Experiments show that to overcome the pure content-based filtering system and the pure collaborative filtering systems inadequate to meet the needs of users.
