Abstract :
This paper analyzes the probable tactics of the national enterprise after China entering WTO and compares the changes of our policy before and after China entering WTO. This paper makes a game theory analysis between China and the national tobacco enterprise, at the same time analyzes the profit of ours under varies policy and in what time can we in the dominance situation.
