  • Abstract
    This paper proposes a Statistical Regression Algorithm, According to the number of node visited, it generates the dynamic menu of the IVR (Interactive Voice Response) system. The algorithm is implemented through IVR application gateway which is very important for the IVR system. The voice files of data demanded are built and played for response through application gateway, TTS(Text to Speech) and IVR server together. The weakness of poor scalability of the IVR is fixed and the load of IVR is reduced, and the reliability of IVR is improved through this Algorithm.
