Research on Distributed Information Resources Management of Virtual Enterprise

As new organizing form, virtual enterprise has developed rapidly in many industries and domains. For virtual enterprise has some especial features such as resource dispersing, member diversity, organization dynamics and flexibility and so on, information resources management of it has much more difficulties. According to the features of virtual enterprise, the model of a distributed information resources management system based on mobile agents has been designed, and the model of mobile agent is discussed in detail. Some methods and mechanisms about uniform description, access, discovery of resource in the resource management of virtual enterprise have been researched deeply, and some tests have been done on the prototype system based on the model and methods presented in the paper, which provides some references and advises to solving this problem.
