Abstract :
The paper attempts to elaborate system low-power design methods in microcontroller, peripheral circuits and system software, etc., on the basis of the working features of microcontroller and the CMOS circuits. At last, the author discusses the low-power design in details by taking the examples of optical fiber identifier. Practice shows that it can significantly reduce system power consumption and extend battery life after considering that consumption in the design.
