Abstract :
This paper describes the measurement principle of vehicle exhaust, system configuration and design of hardware and software systems. A combination measurement method of non-spectrophotometric infrared measurement and electrochemical measurement is propoased. Five components in the exhaust, which are carbon monoxide (CO), hydrocarbons (HC), carbon dioxide (CO2), nitrogen oxides (NO), and oxygen (O2), are measured accurately.
