Abstract :
In this paper the design of a low voltage fully differential amplifier operating from 0 to 1.5 V single supply is presented. The amplifier has the advantages of having very high gain, wide bandwidth, a fast settling time and a high output swing. The amplifier presented was designed in a 0.35 μm CMOS technology. A new biasing scheme suitable for very low voltage operation is presented as well. The complete design of a switched capacitor lossy integrator based on the proposed amplifier is analyzed. The proposed switched capacitor integrator can function in very low voltage without using voltage boosting or switched-opamp, techniques.
