Abstract :
The virtual enterprise organizes the enterprises that are geographically and organizationally. Through the effective cooperation among enterprises, the enterprises will fulfill the goal as ldquowin-winrdquo. The present study are mainly focused on the virtual enterprise partner selection in the field of virtual enterprise cooperation, and the research of virtual enterprises´ cooperative mode is so few. A new cooperation model of virtual enterprise based on agent theory and multi-phase cooperation process are presented. It analyses the optimal incentive mechanism in virtual enterprise.
