  • Abstract
    This paper studied the systematic application norms and load test assessment standards which gave evaluation to the damaging status and carrying capacity of the bridge by establishing data model and decision-making data model through the collected data. Moreover, it put forward damaging causes and decision-making measures through Delphi method.
