Abstract :
Many aspects of power system are affected by wind farm integration (WFI). Adequacy indices are also having certain behaviour associating with WFI. Factors modifying loss of load frequency (LOLF) are as important as factors modifying loss of load expectation (LOLE). This paper focuses on a factor that it modifies LOLF and investigates its effectiveness when the size of wind farm changes. This kind of study is useful for making decision about the size of wind farm that is going to be constructed. Real wind speed data of KHAF in west of Iran are used as wind resource data.
