Abstract :
The Spatio-temporal character is the fundamental and unique character of seawater temperature and salinity, and data visualization is an important way for professional study to put forward hypothesis and test the results. Based on the spatio-temporal analysis of seawater temperature and salinity data, this paper proposed a visualization framework and focused on the research of some key issues, i.e. data prepossessing, data storage and management, 3D visualization engine and Data Real-Time Scheduling. The dynamical visualization of seawater temperature and salinity in time and space dimension is realized in prototype system of “China Digital Ocean”.
