Future survival of humans depends on how diverse spectrum allocation communications is done. Who controls communications spectrum technology for access, time and content will control the quality of life and how one is to survive. The human rights of equal access to spectrum communications is at risk and can disable basic human needs to be satisfied. Spectrum is a finite physical form that interacts universally (globally) in numerous ways. Technology engineers should know how communications is implemented for sustainability. All life forms depend on how technology is done. Our bodies are very similar to other life forms on earth. Earth can impact life like physical changes in our bodies. Existence of body earth´s extreme environmental temperature changes was and is done by technology.
