Complex scientific management of China´s higher education

With China´s higher education from “elite” to “popular” and the change of education investment system, China´s colleges and universities are faced with fierce competition. China´s higher education must carry on the transformation from “quantity” to“quality”. Practice shows that, the level of management´s quality of higher education directly determines the historical process and the pace of construction of powerful nation in higher education. This paper examines the management´s quality of higher education in China from the establishment of higher education power perspective, analyzes the existing problems, and puts forward the strategies.
