Abstract
This paper describes a methodology (dynamic business modelling) that supports management in the acquisition of knowledge of the whole innovation process and subsequently the development and testing of innovation strategies. Up till now the methodology has been used in a limited number of companies. At this moment our group collaborates with a number of companies and consultancies to apply DBM and optimise the methodology further. This paper outlines the fundamentals of DBM, the results obtained so far, and our future plans for further development
