Abstract :
This paper discusses the existing telemedicine technologies and the role played by Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to understand user acceptance. In the paper, we also provide several examples of currently-used teleconsultation system. And we continue to elaborate on a proposed teleconsultation system which applies TAM and found the significant ease of use and usefulness of the proposed teleconsultation for Breast Self Examination.
