Abstract :
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the business model of vacuum cleaner, taking closed material flow cycle into account. From the viewpoints of the material and cash flow, the feasibility of the sustainable global production system is examined. The simulation system is implemented based on a discrete simulation software, Visual SLAM. In this system, some manufacturing scenarios are evaluated by using actual data, including data on manufacturing in China. As a result, the feasibility of some scenarios is shown.
