  • Abstract
    Under the background of gradually globalization of economy, the market competition environment that the project management behaviors of construction enterprises have to face becomes much more fierce, complex and diverse. So the problems of how to utilize the business opportunities and how to avoid the risk effectively to reduce the management cost have caused a public concern over the construction enterprises. Because the traditional single-project risk management model neglects the research of dominant or contact risk transfer relation among projects, thus this mode cannot meet the demands of multi-project risk management. Based on the analysis of traditional single-project risk management mode, this paper will first put forward a new project chain risk integrated management mode, then make a specific research of its risk structure, and finally come up with the corresponding risk aversion strategies and suggestions.
