Abstract
Although some documents deal with the impacts of producer services on regional innovation capability, relative empirical studies are rarely found in China. The relationship between producer services and innovation capability of state-level hi-tech development zones is empirically studied with principal component analysis and correlation analysis respectively, and it is proved that producer services have positive impacts on regional innovation capability. Therefore, to improve regional innovation capability in China, it is an effective way to strive to develop producer services.
