Abstract :
An image stabilization system for use with a camera mounted on a moving vehicle is presented. This system has been designed to produce steady image sequences from signals which have been received from such a vehicle. Initial tests have verified the validity of the motion detection algorithm, and substantial stabilization of recorded images has been observed
