The paper retrospected the study of enterprises value chain production, probed into recycling enterprises value chain meaning at first; then it analyzed the construction and integration of its value chain through its interior and industry value chain. We must take measures to optimize core operation, structure framework, operation flow or information flow , reduce business cost, control business risk, strengthen its characteristic business and realize the most society value.
