Abstract :
Ergodicity is the outstanding character of chaos system, and chaotic variables can be used to approach the global optimal parameters of PID controller. To overcome the impact of randomness on search efficiency, on the condition of system stability, a mutative scale optimization strategy was adopted and succeeded in PID controller optimization of magnetic levitation ball system. The Logistic mapping process from sequence state to chaos state is introduced, and the strategy of chaos optimization PID controller parameters is discussed. Physical control experiments show that this optimization strategy is feasible and effective.
