The equipment manufacturing industry of Shenyang holds the important position in our national modernization advancement. It is regarded as the central issue in the city economic development. The talents of this industry are the main power for Shenyang to construct National Innovation City, so the enterprises must be able to attract and to detain the talents. The present paper will make a quantitative research on the relationship between employee commitment and turnover in the equipment manufacturing Industry of Shenyang to provide some scientific basis for the enterprise human resources management.
