Abstract :
On account of the financial risk, with which is be faced in the process of the university education funding channels. It expounds the background and reason of the financial risks in colleges and universities, analyzes its components, proposes the principle of evaluation system, sets evaluation system, and explores the feasibility of carrying through fuzzy synthesis evaluation, establishes the mathematical model of fuzzy synthetic evaluation, and evaluates more that´s could be evidence for the basis of the college financial management work.
