Abstract
Building energy-saving gap is very serious. Energy-saving chain management of architectural engineering is a new management mode which can effectively prevent this phenomenon. To study the improvement in building energy-saving performance under new management thought of building energy-saving, we need to consider the collaboration optimization and performance improvement of each operation point in building energy-saving chain. Simulated annealing algorithm is an effective intelligent algorithm to solve the problems of combination optimization. Comparing to local searching algorithm, simulated annealing algorithm is expected to acquire optimized approximate solution in a short time. This paper applies simulated annealing algorithm to the performance optimization of building energy-saving to achieve the target of building energy-saving performance control and optimization.
