Abstract :
Domain ontologies provide shared and common understanding of a specific domain. This research is oriented towards possibilities of improving the development process of e-learning courses. This paper presents an e-learning course domain ontology that provides concepts and properties for developing on-line courses. The utilization of this domain ontology can assist in increasing the consistency and clarity of domain concepts and their properties. The concepts of e-learning course ontology based on two taxonomies: Bloom Taxonomy and Guerra scale.
