  • Abstract
    Design and optimization of high-speed electronic circuits require EM-based simulation tools. This paper presents some important features in commercially available EM-based simulation tools with emphasis on interfacing time-domain EM engines with circuit solvers, modelling of advanced materials via local node or cell modification, and application of graphics processing unit stream computing paradigm to time-domain computational electromagnetics.
