Abstract :
To meet the developing requirement of relay protection device integrating all functions of protection, measurement, control and communication, combining DSP’s advantages of high precision, powerful calculation ability, enriched hardware resources with characteristic of great control ability of microcontroller, the integrative protector for mine low voltage switch based on dual-CPU of STM32F103 and TMS320LF2407 was designed. Described the protective function and measuring arithmetic in detail. The hardware structure, flow chart of software were offered. A DeviceNet and RS485 communication interface were also offered. The results of tests indicated that this protector with double CPU not only strengthens the redundancy of software and the reliability of device, but also improves the speed of protection, display and communication. This method has some practical value in fact.
