Abstract
This paper presents results of research associated with the development of a fuzzy set based approach to improving the efficiency of distribution system operational planning on indices of service quality and economic feasibility. To reach this goal the problem of operational planning is formulated and solved within the framework of a fuzzy mixed integer linear programming model. An example illustrating the validity of the approach is considered
