Abstract :
Linear and nonlinear models of ozone generators are presented in this paper. The nonlinear model includes the losses in the electrodes and the linear model is obtained for nominal operation conditions of the ozone generator. The linear model is proposed as a tool that simplifies the design of power supplies for ozone generators and the nonlinear model is proposed as a tool to simulate the operation of ozone generators including the electrode losses. Simulation results of the standard nonlinear model, proposed nonlinear model and the linear model are presented with excellent results.
